MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT LEADS

Aaron Barton, P. Eng.

Throughout his career, Aaron has gained experience in team-driven design projects. Some of his responsibilities include design analysis, plumbing, hydronic, and HVAC systems design.

He has extensive experience designing mechanical systems for buildings including condominiums, apartments, automotive dealerships and repair facilities. Aaron also has knowledge of utilizing 3D CAD design software for larger projects.

Quillan Daniel, EIT

Quillan has a decade of work experience in the consulting industry. He has worked on projects of varying size and complexity from commercial developments to multi-residential and mixed-use facilities.

He is an effective planner capable of coordinating between disciplines to meet project deliverables. He possesses technical capabilities with CAD design and analysis techniques. Quillan is responsible for performing design analysis, and designing plumbing, hydronic, and HVAC systems.

Sebastian Jozwiak, P. Eng.

Sebastian has over ten years of experience working in mechanical consulting engineering. He is effective at planning, coordinating, and producing deliverables to meet project schedules.

He also possesses technical proficiency and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards, with a continued pursuit of professional development and technical advancement. His experience includes commercial, retail, industrial and residential building types of varying scope and scale.

ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT LEAD

Ian Swintak, P. Eng.

Ian has experience with various aspects of electrical engineering including lighting design, power distribution and single line design, load calculations and new electrical service coordination, fire alarm systems, and other life safety systems.

He has experience producing designs for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Ian also has experience providing service upgrades and revisions for electric vehicle charging stations, a growing design item in the construction industry.
