• Full-scale interior fit-up of a new office headquarters, delivering a cohesive floor plan that integrates high-focus private offices with dynamic open-office and social space s

• Integrated mechanical and electrical system design for compliance with building codes and local AHJ requirements to meet the clients operational needs and budget. 

• Coordinated MEP systems with ceiling features to ensure lighting, airflow, to integrate with the architectural design intent. 

Anytime Fitness TI

• CRU Interior fit-up of a new fitness facility, including a main gym floor, functional training turf, and private shower/change room amenities & admin spaces. 

•  Design-build project in direct collaboration with the electrical contractor to deliver a streamlined, cost-effective power and lighting solution 

Custom Fabrication & Welding Facility

• Provided engineering for the fit up to accommodate a custom steel assembly facility, encompassing specialty process areas, employee amenities, and infrastructure modifications.

• Collaborated on a custom ventilation solution for a specialized welding work cell. Due to the scale of the assemblies, ACGIH-compliant dilution venting solutions were implemented to maintain occupant health and safety without obstructing highly variable fabrication processes.

• Designed a dedicated mechanical system for a specialized application space for the use of high-TLV products.

Vehicle Storage Facility

• Delivered mechanical & electrical engineering for a ground-up, vehicle storage complex.

• Engineered a high-performance heating strategy utilizing radiant in-floor systems paired with gas-fired unit heaters for space tempering.

• Implemented automated CO/NO2 detection-based staging to reducing operational energy loads.

• Integrated specialized industrial storage requirements with modern, climate-controlled office and administrative suites.

Teacher's Residence Renovation

• Provided MEP services for a "down to the studs" demolition and modern renovation, breathing new life into an aging asset.

• This includes a complete overhaul of critical building systems, including high-efficiency HVAC, lighting, and robust power distribution.

• Implemented a dual-core HRV strategy to maximize ventilation recovery, significantly lowering the carbon footprint and costs associated with outdoor air tempering.

•  Systematically addressed existing deficiencies to bring  Mechanical and Electrical systems into alignment with modern safety and performance standards.

Modern Ambition

• Provided design fit up services for modifications to the existing basebuilding HVAC systems to accommodate new tenant fitup and architectural finishes.
